Developer Competition: Winners and winnings
From today to tomorrow
It’s not uncommon that evenings of television end in a battle for the remote. Whoever falls asleep first, loses. But what do we expect from the television experience of tomorrow? Let’s take a look at the concepts and screens of the finalists, which serve as ambassadors for what the future of television will be capable of.
Congratulations to the three finalists
Take advantage of this opportunity: the third Viewer Competition puts the three finalists up for your evaluation. Award up to five points to each concept and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the drawing.
A nod of the head to the other participants
...since their efforts have also earned a great deal of respect.

The show goes on …
The last three will now retire to develop their applications on Deutsche Telekom’s IPTV platform before presenting them to the jury for the last time. We’ll see which concept offers the most added value to customers. The final winner will receive an additional 200,000 euros. Will Deutsche Telekom have then achieved its goal? “From today’s point of view – yes,” explains Sven Hischke, head of Innovation Management at Deutsche Telekom. “But then we’re confronted with the next piece of the future and its challenges. Innovation is a never-ending process where every achievement means a new beginning.”
